New mixed use apartment building in Bexley, Ohio. This project features a local independent bookstore and bakery café at street level, three floors of luxury flats, and a rooftop garden patio.

In collaboration with M. Ford, D. Baumgartner, and G. Zimmerman. I provided design assistance, 3D modeling, graphics, renderings, and assisted in planning & zoning approval.
